Jewellery damaged due to prolonged use, improper use or accident; Craftsman will provide a reasonable quote for the required repair or replacement of parts. available for a small fee; Member repaired gets a half price.

Replating
If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable we will replace you a new one.

if you wish to return a piece of jewellery to us for repair, We will estimate the costs and provide you with details for mailing or scheduling an appointment.
Our Craftsman will try their best to repair/replace it if possible. we'll work together to find a resolution.
