Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

Regular Priced Merchandise


We understand that the holiday season comes with the joy of gift-giving, and sometimes the perfect gift might need a little extra time. That's why we're pleased to announce that our holiday returns policy has been extended. For regular-priced product purchases made during the holiday period (Nov 25 - Dec 31), returns are now accepted until January 31st.
Including orders that were “buy online, pick up in store”

You can receive a full refund within 7 days of the order being received or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 14 days of the order being received. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual (7–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.


Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order.

Sale Merchandise


Sale items marked with a discount of less than 10% can be returned for merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 7 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to the original form of payment for sales or discounted items.
Sale items marked with a discount of 10% or greater are final sale.
